Sweet 14K for a young girl perhaps? This simple box chain is looped through a lightweight, delicate heart charm with unpretentious innocence. Unkown if they originally came together, but they appear to be in love now. Vintage condition. No markings on heart. The chain has 14k ITALY on one side and OR on the other.
